Install JDBC Drivers

JDBC drivers do not need to be installed to use the ALI (Oracle) and ALI (SQLServer) directory services or databases. JDBC drivers may need to be installed to use service endpoints that are configured in Process Administrator.

To install JDBC drivers:

1. Launch the Admin Center.

2. Click Configuration.

3. In the Configuration Utility, select the Directory tab.

4. Click Install Drivers.

5. On the Select Driver dialog box, enter the location and File Name of the driver and click Open.
