Users with Select access for the Process Model Portlet will be able to add the Process Model Portlet to their Home Page or join the Process Model Community to view the Process Model Portlet. For convenience, a Process Model Users group is provided. Any users in this group will have Select access to the Process Model Portlet. A user must also be assigned to a role in Process Administrator in order to view processes in the Process Model Portlet. Users can be assigned to groups with role assignments instead of being assigned roles individually.
To enable a user to use the Process Model Portlet:
Using the Administration options in AquaLogic Interaction, make the user a member of the Process Model Users group or give the user Select access to the Process Model Portlet.
In Process Administrator, assign the user's participant name to a role or assign a group the user is a member of to a role.
