Users with Select access for the Worklist Portlets will be able to add Worklist Portlets to their My Page or join the Process Community to view the Worklist Portlets. For convenience, a Process Users group is provided. Any users in this group will have Select access to all Worklist Portlets. A user must also be assigned to a role in Process Administrator in order to view work items in their Worklist Portlets. Users can be assigned to groups with role assignments instead of being assigned roles individually.
To enable a user to use the Worklist Portlets:
Using the Administration options in AquaLogic Interaction, make the user a member of the Process Users group or give the user Select access to all of the Process Worklist Portlets.
In Process Administrator, assign the user's participant name to a role or assign a group the user is a member of to a role.
When an administrator grants Select access to the Worklist Portlets, permissions for consultation and e-mail notification are also automatically granted.
