To edit the community preferences for the Worklist Items Portlet:
From the My Communities drop-down menu, select Process Community.
On the Process Community page, click Edit This Community.
On the Edit Community: Process Community page, under Edit Community Settings, click Portlet Preferences.
When prompted to save the community, click OK.
Under Portlet Preferences, choose to edit Process - Worklist Items.
On the Worklist Community Preferences dialog box, choose a Default View for the Worklist Items Portlet. The list of default views includes the System Default, any views that were created in a Designer or Studio project that is published and deployed using Process Administrator and assigned to the user's roles, and any custom views and presentations imported using Process Administrator and assigned to the user's roles.
Note: Views that are created in the Views Portlet are not available in Default Views in list.
On the Worklist Community Preferences dialog box, click Finish.
On the Edit Community: Process Community page,
click Finish.
