To edit the community preferences for the Applications Portlet:
From the My Communities drop-down menu, select Process Community.
On the Process Community page, click Edit Community Preferences.
On the Edit Community: Process Community page, under Edit Community Settings, click Portlet Preferences.
When prompted to save the community, click OK.
Under Portlet Preferences, choose to edit Process - Applications.
On the Application Community Preferences dialog box, choose a Default Application for the Applications Portlet. The list of default applications includes all of the applications available to the community administrator's assigned roles.
On the Application Community Preferences dialog box, click Finish.
On the Edit Community: Process Community page, click Finish.
