Remove a Participant Role

To remove a role from a participant:

    1. In the left pane of the Process Administrator, click Participants.

    2. On the Participants page, click a participant Name.

    3. To display a list of roles assigned to the participant, on the Participants | Edit Participant page, click Assigned Roles.

    4. On the Participants | Edit Participants | Assigned Roles page, click the checkbox for the role you want to remove and then click Delete.

    5. To confirm the deletion, click OK.
