Edit a Participant Role

To edit a participant role:

    1. In the left pane of the Process Administrator, click Participants.

    2. On the Participants page, click a participant Name.

    3. To display a list of roles for the participant, on the Participants | Edit Participant page, click Assigned Roles.

    4. On the Participants | Edit Participant | Assigned Roles page, click a role Name.

    5. On the Participants | Edit Participant | Assigned Roles | Role Assignment page, edit the Assignment, Rank, and Permissions for the role.

    6. Click Save.
