To edit a participant:
In the left pane of the Process Administrator, click Participants.
On the Participants page, click a participant Name.
On the Participants | Edit Participant page, adjust the properties for the participant as necessary.
To change the password for the participant, click Change the password.
To add or delete roles for the participant, click Assigned Roles.
To add or delete groups for the participant, click Assigned Groups.
To add or edit absence periods for the participant, click Absence Periods.
Click Save.
