The application server properties are used to link the ALBPM engine and directory to the WebSphere application server. The application server properties must be configured before installing and starting the EAR files.
To configure Engine Application Server properties:
In the left pane of the Process Administrator, click Engines.
In the right pane, on the Engines page, click the engine Name.
On the Engines | Edit Engines engine-name page, click the Application Server tab.
On the Engines | Edit Engines engine-name | Application Server page, configure the following properties and click Save.
| Engine Runtime Datasource Lookup Name | Should match the JNDI Name for the JDBC Data Source (for the engine) in WebSphere. |
| JMS Queue Name | Should match the JNDI Name for the JMS Queue in WebSphere. |
| JMS Queue Connection Factory | Should match the JNDI Name for the JMS Queue Connection Factory in WebSphere. |
| JMS Topic Name for Server Synchronization Information | Should match the JNDI Name for the JMS Topic in WebSphere. |
| JMS Topic Connection Factory | Should match the JNDI Name for the JMS Topic Connection Factory in WebSphere. |
