From the basic settings tab specify the server information and credentials required to connect to the Oracle database.

Database Host |
The host name or IP address of the Oracle database server. |

Database Port |
The port on the database host that Oracle is listening to. |

Organization Logical Name |
The organization within AquaLogic BPM this directory will belong to. This can be any string. |

Administrator User |
A user with administrator access to Oracle. This user must have permissions necessary to create a new schema. |

Schema Name |

Schema Password/Confirm Password |
The password for the schema. |

SID |
The SID for the Oracle database. |

Specify JDBC URL |
Check this box to enter a JDBC URL instead of Database Host, Database Port, and SID. |

JDBC URL |
When the Specify JDBC URL is checked, enter the JDBC URL for the Oracle database. |
From the advanced settings tab the AquaLogic BPM administrative user can be specified. If no administrative user is specified in the advanced settings when creating a new directory, the database administrator user will be used.
Important: When adding an existing directory, the same administrative user specified when the directory was created must be entered.
