Delete a Participant

Participants cannot be deleted from Process Administrator. Participants can be deleted from the AquaLogic Interaction portal, which makes them disabled participants in Process Administrator. Disabled participants cannot log in to the Worklist Portlets.

To delete a participant from Plumtree Foundation:

  1. Log in to AquaLogic Interaction.

  2. Click Administration.

  3. Under Admin Objects Directory, select the folder which contains the Process Administrator participants.

  4. In the administrative folder for participants, click User.

  5. On the user list, select the checkbox next to the participant's Name.

  1. Click Delete.

  2. On the Delete Object dialog box, click OK.

The participant no longer exists in the AquaLogic Interaction portal user list.  The participant is disabled in the participants list in Process Administrator.
