Decide How To Store Attachments

Process attachments can be stored in AquaLogic BPM Workspace Extensions or in AquaLogic Interaction Collaboration. AquaLogic BPM Workspace Extensionshas a 10MB per attachment file size limit.  In order to choose to store attachments in AquaLogic Interaction Collaboration, AquaLogic Interaction Collaboration must be installed.

To decide how to store attachments:

1. In the left pane of Process Administrator, select Attachments.

2. On the Attachments page, choose AquaLogic BPM Workspace Extensions or AquaLogic Interaction Collaboration.

3. Click Submit. If AquaLogic BPM Workspace Extensions was selected, the configuration is complete. If AquaLogic Interaction Collaboration was selected, configure the AquaLogic Interaction Collaboration options as described in Configure Collaboration Attachment Storage Options.
