Create a JMS Messaging Service Endpoint

To create a Create a JMS Messaging Service Endpoint Service Endpoint:

  1. On the Service Endpoints | Add Service Endpoint | Edit Service Endpoint endpoint_name page, enter the Properties for the Create a JMS Messaging Service Endpoint.

    The Create a JMS Messaging Service Endpoint service endpoint properties are:

    1. J2EE - A JMS Messaging service runs on an application server.  Indicate here the J2EE Application Server Service Endpoint to access it.  If the case is that the Process Execution Engine is an EJB based, and the JMS will run in the same application server, indicate here the already existing service endpoint defined for the Process Execution Engine.

    2. Destination Type - The type of JMS Service, Topic or Queue.

    3. Lookup Name - The lookup name of the JMS Messaging Service in the application service.

    4. Connection Factory Lookup Name - The connection factory for the JMS service.

    5. JMS Listener Port -  the JMS listener port, configurable only when deploying BEA AquaLogic™ BPM Engine  in an IBM WebSphere environment.

  2. Click Save.
