Edit a Role

When editing roles, only the role description and role assignments can be edited. The role Name and Multiple Assignments checkbox cannot be edited.

To edit a role:

  1. In the left pane of the Process Administrator, click Roles.

  2. On the Roles page, select a role Name.

  3. On the Roles | Edit Role page, edit the role Description and add or delete Role Assignments if appropriate.

  4. Click Save.
