Undeploying a project allows you to make any or all of the processes within the project unavailable to participants. Undeploying a project deletes any instances that are currently being processed.
If you want to undeploy a project while allowing all instances to complete, you can instead deprecate the project.
To undeploy a project:
In the left pane of the Process Administrator, click Projects.
In the right pane, on the Published Projects pane, click in the Deployment column for the project you want to undeploy. The status for deployed projects should say Completely deployed.
On the Published Projects | Deploy page, do one of the following:
To undeploy all processes in the project, click Undeploy.
To deprecate only some of the processes in the project, click Update.
Configure the Deployment Topology:
To undeploy a process, set the Action drop-down list to Undeploy.
Click OK. The status for the project changes to Waiting for undeployment.
If you are undeploying a J2EE project, do the following:
In the application server's Administration console, stop the deployed applications.
In the right pane of the Process Administrator, on the Published Projects page, wait for the Deployment status of the project to change to Not deployed. To refresh the page, in the left pane, click Projects.
In the application server's Administration console, uninstall the project.
