ALDSP 3.0 Samples

The Retail Dataspace sample application can be started from the Data Services Studio Welcome page.

Other samples are located in the following directory:

<ALDSP_HOME>/samples

where <ALDSP_HOME> is the installed product.

Here is an example of an absolute path to the samples directory:

The following table lists samples including with ALDSP 3.0.  

Sample Details
Retail Dataspace Sample (RTLApp)
This is the primary sample dataspace project and sample data provided with ALDSP.

There are two parts to the sample:
  • A sample dataspace for Retail data services connected to a relational data base and web services. (Requires installation of ALDSP and access to Data Services Studio.)
  • A sample web application based on the retail dataspace. (Requires Workshop for WebLogic version 9.2.)

Audit A sample security services audit provider that demonstrates usage of structured
audit events generated by ALDSP application.
Profiler
Example of a custom audit provider.
Relational Adapter
A MS-Access relational adapter providing push-down support for MS-Access beyond that provided with generic SQL.

Sample configurations for recent versions of business objects and crystal reports.
