Organizing PL/SQL BACK | 1 2 3 4 5 | NEXT | MAIN
To build a library:
  1. Create or open an existing library in the Object Navigator.
  2. Add program units by dragging and dropping them into the open library.
  3. Save the library.

To create a new library, click the PL/SQL Libraries node, then click the Create button. 		Open button Save button Create button
