For example, in the E-Commerce world, the Oracle Real-Time Decisions Base Application is available as a generalized application for E-Commerce interaction management optimization, while Oracle Real-Time Decisions for Siebel E-Commerce is a specialized version of the Base Application that has been tailored for Siebel E-Commerce.
