Oracle Technology Network (OTN) allows you to download guides individually (PDF) or download an entire Siebel Bookshelf at once.

Downloading the Siebel Bookshelf Documentation Library

You can install the Siebel Bookshelf on a client computer for local access or on a server for multiuser network access, as permitted under the applicable Oracle software license agreement. The downloaded files are provided as a compressed (.zip) file (PartNumber.zip).

To download and launch an HTML version of the Siebel Bookshelf

1. Go to Siebel Applications Documentation on OTN.
2. Click the Download link for this version of the Siebel Bookshelf, save the compressed file, and extract it to a new folder.
3. Navigate to your new folder, and then open homepage.htm in your Web browser to launch this Siebel Bookshelf.

To download and launch a searchable PDF version of the Siebel Bookshelf

1. Go to Oracle E-Delivery, select the Siebel CRM product pack and the platform that you are using, and then click Go.
2. In the Results table, select the version number of the product.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Continue.
4. Download this version of the Siebel Bookshelf, and extract it to a new folder.
5. Navigate to your new folder, and then open Homepage.pdf in Adobe Acrobat Reader to launch the Siebel Bookshelf.

Downloading Individual PDF Guides

You can download the PDF version of an individual guide directly from the HTML version of a guide.

To download individual PDF guides

1. Go to the Individual Guides page and open the HTML version of the guide in your Web browser.
   Note: You can also open a guide from any of the product line pages.
2. Click the PDF link in the top banner of the topic.
   The PDF file appears in Acrobat Reader within a Web browser window.
3. Save the PDF file by clicking Save As on the Acrobat Reader toolbar.
