Adding a Siebel User

Upgrades: All upgrades.

Environments: Development environment only.

Through Siebel Client application administration, add the Siebel user or users (with administrative privileges) who executes the Database Server Configuration Wizard. This is the person whose user ID is entered when prompted for Database User Name. See Applications Administration Guide.
