You may view the documentation as created using the Adobe Acrobat viewer, which is available free of charge directly from Adobe Corporation. You may also purchase printed, perfect-bound versions of the documentation online via the Oracle Store. The documentation on this CD was current as of September, 2001. It is advisable to check MetaLink for any new or updated documentation.

The documentation is subdivided into five categories as represented by the tabs at the top of this page.

Technology On this tab you will find documentation related to the architecture, installation and maintenance of Oracle Applications. You will also find documentation for technology products such as Application Object Library and Oracle Workflow. ERP On this tab you will find documentation for the products in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) set of products, including Oracle Financials, Oracle Manufacturing and Oracle Human Resources. CRM On this tab you will find documentation for the products in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) set of products, including Oracle Sales, Oracle Marketing, and Oracle Call Center products. Vertical On this tab you will find documentation for the products that supplement the E-Business Suite for certain industries. Currently this includes the pharmaceutical applications. TRM As of June 2001, E-Business Suite Technical Reference Manuals are available electronically via eTRM. Registered customers can access eTRM via OracleMetaLink . On this tab you will find Technical Reference Manuals for only those Oracle Applications products not represented in eTRM.
